We accept returns for the following reasons: • Item arrived damaged or defective • Incorrect item, size, or color received You must contact us at houseofelegancia1@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Photo of merchandise you wish to return
Once your request has been approved, the merchandise must be shipped and in transit back to House Of Elegancia within 2 DAYS of receiving approval. All labels provided to the customer will be standard service or UPS Ground; customer will be responsible for expedite shipping cost. If the items are not shipped within the 2 day period, your return request will be denied and cancelled. There is a $20 restocking fee (per item) for all non-defective returned merchandise. NO exceptions will be made.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
Because many of our products are made-to-order or shipped directly from designers, items cannot be returned.
We recommend checking size charts carefully before ordering.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.
